He is currently working as Full Professor of Management & MIS and Chair of Management Deprtment at Australian University - Kuwait. Furthermore, he is also affiliated with Istanbul Topkapi University as Professor of MIS (Management Information Systems) and delivering lectures on Masters and Doctoral level (I am also the former Dean of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences Faculty at Istanbul Topkapi University). Previously, he worked as Professor of Management at Rabat Business School, Morocco, and as Professor of HR Analytics at GISMA Business School, Hannover, Germany.
