Almoataz Youssef AbdelazizAlmoataz Y. Abdelaziz was born in Cairo, Egypt, in 1963. He received the B. Sc. and M. Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 1985, 1990 respectively and the Ph. D. degree in electrical engineering according o the channel system between Ain Shams University, Egypt and Brunel University, England in 1996.
