Allan StoverAllan C. Stover's first book (Dodd, Mead) received the National Science Teachers Association award as Outstanding Science Book. His next book (McGraw-Hill) was republished in Mandarin for Mainland China. His novels, The Evil Ones, was critically receved. His book Underage and Under Fire (McFarland) fulfilled his dream of writing a book on his fellow underage veterans (those who manage to enlist under the legal age; he enlisted during the Korean War at age 14), all members of Veterans of Underage Military Service, Inc., a nonprofit association he founded and is a Past National Commander. Writer's Digest has awarded him five fiction and nonfiction awards. His works have appeared in numerous magazines and journals. He is a member of Authors Guild. Mr. Stover received his Master of Science degree from Vanderbilt University as Orrin Henry Ingram Scholar.
