Ali NouraiDr. Nourai, by education, is an electrical engineer with 40 years of experience and many patents and publications in his field. However, his main passion has always been with languages and origin of words. He spent more than fifteen years studying th etymology of Indo-European languages, especially Persian and English. After years of collecting and documenting etymological data on fifty different languages, he decided to present his data graphically in simple family tree charts where people could see the complex derivation of words at a glance and follow their spread in different languages.
