Ali Farzan MoghaddamAli Farzan Moghaddam received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Azad University (South Branch), Tehran, Iran. In 2010, he graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Famagusta, North Cyprus and received his M.Sc. degree in Elctrical and Electronic Engineering. He worked as a research assistant in EMU from 2008 to 2010. His employment experience included the electrical company (2010-15). In 2020, he received his Ph.D. degree in Department of Electrical Energy at Ghent University, Ghent, Belgium. Currently his research interests include battery management system for electric vehicles, active and passive cell balancing method for lithium-based batteries, power electronics, and DC-DC and DC-AC converters.
