Alexander PertzoffEve Bunting is the author of numerous books for young people, including Our Sixth-Grade Sugar Babies, a Best Book of 1990 (School Library Journal), Is Anybody There?, a Mystery Writers of America Edgar Award finalist, and Coffin on a Case, winner of he 1993 Best Juvenile Mystery Edgar Award. Ms. Bunting lives in Pasadena, CA. Alexander Pertzoff is a free-lance artist whose work has been exhibited in many galleries, in both group and individual shows. He has also illustrated Three Names by Patricia MacLachlan. He lives on a farm in western Massachusetts.
