Alan ZiajkaAlan Ziajka is the associate vice provost for academic affairs and the university historian at the University of San Francisco, where he has held several administrative positions for the past 31 years. He is the author of four books and several artices on history, education, human development, and related topics. Robert Elias is a professor of politics and chair of legal studies at the University of San Francisco. He is the editor of Peace Review and the author of nine books, most recently The Empire Strikes Out and The Deadly Tools of Ignorance.
