Alan R AdaschikAlan Adaschik was raised in Brooklyn, New York. After high school, he attended the University of Michigan as an Aerospace Engineering student and a cadet in its Naval ROTC program. Subsequently, Al qualified for Navy flight training and received his ings as a jet Fighter Pilot in 1966. After completing his military obligation, Al went back to school and earned an MBA in Finance from Long Island University. Al has worked as a Flight Test Conductor for the Grumman Aerospace Corporation, a Financial Analyst for the Singer Company, and a Senior Financial Analyst for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. Fed up with the corporate world, in 1976, Al and his first wife moved to Florida and opened a school of Olympic style gymnastics in the Fort Lauderdale area. Al eventually ended up being a Financial Administrator for the City of Fort Lauderdale and retired from that position in 2001.
