Attended John Carroll University and Cleveland State University (Cleveland Marshall Law School) and awrded JD Degree. Admitted to the Bar in 1955 in the State of Ohio, employed as a trial attorney for 28 years in the Cuyahoga County, Ohio, prosecutor's offi ce. Served as First Assistant Prosecutor for five years.
