Ailwei Solomon MawelaAilwei Solomon Mawela is an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Curriculum and Instructional Studies at the University of South Africa (UNISA). He graduated from the University of South Africa with a Doctor of Education in Diactics. He obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) programme Online Teaching and Learning(OTL) from the University of Oldenburg in Germany in 2020. In 2019 UNISA awarded him with an Excellent Certificate in Student Retention and Success.
