He is also an External Reviewer for Quality Assurance-IT Program in Arab Universities, UNDP. As well as a Higher Education and IT Consultant. Prof. Al Jaber worked for as a Dean of graduate studies for Amman Arab University for Graduate Study being Responsible for the regulations of scientific research affairs at the university in addition to presenting encouragement and support for research as well being a President of the Council of Scientific Research. He worked for two years as a Secretary General of public Sector Development for Ministry of Public sector Development - Amman, Jordan as well being a vice President for Academic Planning and development affairs for more than three years for Al Balqa' Applied University - Salt, Jordan; a Dean of King Abdullah II School for Information Technology and then a President Advisor for Planning and Development for The university of Jordan from 2000-2005.
