Agatha TofteAgatha Tofte has lived in Waukesha, WI for over twenty years and loves the historic city. She attended Waukesha County Technical College, as well as UW-Stout, and graduated with a BA in hospitality. For the past seven years, Agatha has worked at her amily's local downtown Waukesha restaurants, The Steaming Cup and Tofte's Table, and enjoys talking with guests who visit regularly. When not working and exploring Waukesha (with Java Jo, of course!), she enjoys playing guitar, singing, and spending time with her family.
