He is pursuing his second PhD in the area of Decision Sciences and Business Analytics at IIT (B); he has successflly completed his first PhD in the area of Financial Inclusion and Rural Development from Symbiosis International University in 2015. He has also enjoyed the honor of being 'Emerald Research Scholar' awarded by Emerald Publishing House, UK, and Symbiosis International University, for notable contribution in research (2014-2016). He has served as a Resource Person for renowned educational institutions in India and conducted numerous Management Development Programmes in India and overseas.
