Abdullahi Haruna Birniwa

Abdullahi Haruna Birniwa is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry, at Sule Lamido University, Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State of Nigeria. He was awarded his Ph. D in Polymer Chemistry from Bayero University in Kano/University Malaya inMalaysia, and M.Sc in Colour Chemistry from Bayero University Kano, and his B.Sc in Applied Chemistry from Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto. Dr. Birniwa is a member of the Polymer Institute of Nigeria (PIN), Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN), and the Textile Researchers Association of Nigeria (TRAN). His areas of research interest include Applied/Industrial Chemistry with a special interest in Chemical Technology, Wastewater treatments, Environmental safety, Pollution control, Polymer Chemistry, Bio-adsorbents for adsorption, Conducting polymers, Composites, and Colour/Textile Chemistry.
