Abbie StevensBorn in 1968 and grew up in South Africa, Rhodesia/Zimbabwe. I travelled a great deal between the countries and even back to England at the end of 1979 for about 6 months, by the time I was 20 I had attended nearly 20 schools and colleges. A rather uusual upbringing and certainly have a different perspective of life. I have worked mostly in IT over the years, travelling UK and Europe leading an interesting and varied life. I have four boys now grown up into great young men, settled down with my partner, I enjoy playing chess, like history, travelling the UK, reading books and have often DJ'd at events. I was the middle child, however lost both my sisters over the last 4 years. My health is failing, however I have a determined spirit to continue on and help support and care for my parents and partner. My dad produced his first book of poetry his late 80's, that one like this one was typed up on a trusty old typewriter, so I take his words and do my best to present them as he wants.
