I am the fourth out of six children of my mother Celina Dorville and the second daughter of my father George Dorville. Iam also an independent mother of two children, Chelsea Celina Dorville (daughter) and Maalik George Dorville (son). At the age of twenty (20), approximately sixteen (16) years ago I came to Canada on a two-week vacation and it has been my place of residence ever since. The experience gained over the years have shaped me into the person I am. As an ambitious individual, I was unaware of my life's purpose since my skills and talents are endless. I therefore explored various horizons to find my niche. I attended George Brown College School of Fashion in pursuit of becoming a fashion designer. I later attended Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts and George Brown College Culinary Arts to pursue a professional cake decorating career.
