Steven Folkman is an Associate Professor in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department at Utah State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer, a Member of American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) F17 Plastic Piping System, a Member of AWWA and a Member of the Transportation Research Board Committee on Culverts and Hydraulic Structures.
