A M MulliganA. M. Mulligan is a retired radio and television journalist, on-air personality, and broadcaster. In retirement, Mulligan concentrated on a second profession: professional artist. She paints under the name Anne-Marie Crosby. Her paintings combine impessionistic style with realism, offering viewers a world they recognize, but one that has been infused with imagination. Mulligan's writing is much the same. Grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren, Mulligan began writing children's books to capture the innocence of childhood. The first book in The Adventures of Will and His Lucky Blue Socks with the Rainbow Stripes series is intended to teach children about basic life concepts through using their imaginations to explore the world. A Chair in the Middle of Nowhere is a playful and inviting demonstration of the concept of sharing.Mulligan lives in Vancouver, British Columbia.
