In building an evangelistic model emphasis must be placed upon the notion of God's sovereignty as our common launching point for action. But we must also employ education and training. But regardless of all our efforts, nothing can substitute our spirit-empowered life and witness, which can provoke the Jew to envy according to Romans 11:11, "Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious."
