Daher erscheint es sinnvoll, Ideen und Anregungen sowie pädagogische und didaktische Konzepte aus den Modulen miteinander zu verknüpfen und für die jeweilige Lerngruppe modifiziert, hingehend ihrer Wirkung zu überprüfen. Den Lehrkräften in Vorbereitung wird in Schleswig-Holstein von Beginn an ein wichtiger Grundsatz im Deutschmodul vermittelt: Deutsch macht Spaß. Die Schülerinnen und Schüler sollen Freude an der Auseinandersetzung mit der deutschen Sprache und Schrift entwickeln. Es liegt in der Verantwortung der Lehrkraft, die SuS nachhaltig für den Deutschunterricht zu motivieren auch im Hinblick auf die weiterführende Schule. Zugleich gilt es die Bildungsstandards und den Lehrplan einzuhalten sowie regelmäßig zu reflektieren, inwieweit die SuS einen Lernzuwachs erfahren. Die Methode Schreibkonferenz nach Beate Leßmann lässt sich in ihrem Konzept des individuellen Schreibens verorten, welches aktuell zu den bedeutsamsten modernen Konzepten des Deutschunterrichts zählt. Es ermöglicht den SuS viel Partizipation und deckt zugleich alle Kompetenzbereiche der Bildungsstandards ab. Im Fokus steht, die SuS zum Schreiben zu motivieren. Dabei erschaffen die SuS im Rahmen der Binnendifferenzierung individuelle Schreibprodukte. Motivation und Lernerfolg sind zentrale Themen des Lehreralltags. Sie stehen sowohl bei der Unterrichtsplanung, der Durchführung als auch bei der Unterrichtsreflexion im Vordergrund.
