Research Team SiopsaTHE FUTURE-SEARCH RESEARCH TEAM The future-search research reported in the book was conducted by a voluntarily, passionate, and committed team led by Theo Veldsman overall. Each research stream had a leader with one or more associates, and in two cass also research assistants. The respective research stream teams were: Changing world of work: Ruwayne Kock (lead), Esther Kruger, Dieter Veldsman (associates); Moral-values-ethics base of IOP: Sharon Munyaka (Lead), Ravi Guiness (associate), Somona Kabemba (assistant); IOP response: Natasha Winkler-Titus (lead), Kim-Lee Wentzel-Ricketts (associate); IOP capabilities, education, training and development: Shirleen Titus (lead), Natascha Starke (associate), Lynette Siziba (assistant); and IOP research: Crystal Hoole (lead), Petrus Nel (associate). The team was intentionally composed of older (more experienced) and younger (less experienced) IO psychologists and a senior HR Practitioner from both academia and practice (corporate and consulting), with a representative diversity in terms of gender and race.
