She is the proud Owner/Founder of The Expectancy Institute, LLC, which is a consulting agency whose mission is to be the leading leadership training provider for businesses and provide personal development services for individuals. She additionally serves as the Executive Director of MOTIV8U of North Central Florida, Inc., which is a non-profit organization that provides inspirational and engaging training programs to public and private partners with a focus geared towards the youth-guiding them to understand their personal value and the value of others.
